Lol listen to all these salty burnouts who are against max cape out of pure jealousy.

There's nothing wrong with giving some people a cape that has the same stats as a skillcape. Stop complaining and get back to 6 hour afk nmz.

I'll be voting no to max cape. I think the skill capes and fire cape do a fine job of showing off one's achivements as a player. And honestly I feel that the max and completionist capes are unique to RS3, not oldschool. Let's keep it oldschool.

As for everything else, they seem okay, big move with the Zulrah items but it's smart considering its main drops are virtually worthless compared to when they first came out.
Keeping the feel of oldschool but voting yes to everything else? You're entitled to your opinion, it just doesn't make much sense O_o

Because they aren't near as significant of an update obviously.

Really happy to see max cape finally. I would think the reason you're only giving max cape same stats as skillcape is to give it the best chance of passing. I would definitely prefer a max cape with skillcape stats over not having a max cape at all. The pricing on it is ridiculous, it would be a fair price for a best in slot cape, not for a crappy cape.

If it passes in future I would like to see some polls revisiting it asking if we want pre eoc stats or at the very least as many people have suggested an option to add a cape to it and giving it that capes stats.

Also would love to see comp cape even more than max cape with its particle trail, which Ian said was completely possible and feasible to do in a q and a stream. 200m capes would also be nice to come with that.

Also the zulrah items should all turn into the same amount of scales.

Definite no to the fishing outfit.

That's all subjective.

Well, why did you call me a noob then lol, just to trash talk here? Amusing to say the least.

Oh and no, that's not the reason, my reason was posted on page 1 and on multiple other threads in the past. I do not want to see any increase in the toxic ''no xp waste'' mentality that you already spread around daily.

Noone has yet told me why non combat stats should affect PvM or PvP anyways. Perhaps you can try to tell me why they should..

I literally just did tell you. The BIS stab and prayer cape (both combat related) have a 90 agility and 91 smithing requirement. There is nothing wrong with that; achievement should be rewarded. Allow me to give you other examples of combat-related things requiring skills:

Desert Treasure (Ancient Magic) requires 53 thieving and 50 firemaking
Lunar Diplomacy (Lunar Magic) requires 61 crafting, 60 mining, and 55 woodcutting.
Barrelchest Anchor requires 40 farming and plenty of other small skill requirements.
Dragon Halberd / Crystal Bow requires 56 agility.
Ava's Accumulator requires 18 slayer, 19 crafting, and 35 woodcutting.
Salve Amulet requires 15 agility and 35 crafting.

I can add more if you like, but I figured I would add some of the more widely-used ones.

I think the more toxic part of the community is those who vote no to things that take effort; people who place their short-term benefit over long-term growth of the game through adding difficult accomplishments.

Time consuming is not necessarily difficult.

Why is it that any game I go - there's always less skilled players (usually PvErs) whining about content that takes skill (and rewards PvPers or skilled players more generally)?
