You'll understand the plan was never to release the Max cape on the day when the 100th player maxed. But I expect Mods Ghost and Alfred will be designing something soon.

I wasn't expecting Max cape to be released on the day the 100th player maxed, i was just curious to know if a poll or development of a Max cape was near since we hit 100 maxed. :P But thanks for the responce its just one of the updates im most looking forward to. Comped on Rs3 Dec 2012 |

when can set a customer service center in rs07 offical site ?

other suggestions:
plz have a experience swap function to swap rs3 skill exp to 07 with ratio such as 1:3-1:5 , depends on the skills' difference
plz think about putting first of guthix the minigame in 07 version , my fav minigame before...
plz remove the storing limit of clue scrolls( now only can store 1 on each lvl)
add a combat exp swap function: let average skill lvl players: 50 50 50 atk str def players can switch to pure to join pvp and players can only use 2 time in a day
the most important: when can stop the terrible price drop of raw sharks? '''.....'''

Any news on the new quest you were talking about? Is it a recycled one or a completely new one? I wouldn't mind some recycled ones TBH... Some quests really need a sequel because they're left on a cliffhanger!
