I've been staring at this screen for over an hour trying to figure out how to convince you all, That I am in fact not a "macro'er " as my other pure was banned for. I cant think of anyway to show you with 100% certainty. This is my best shot and please, Please take this to heart. I've been playing R.S. since I was about 14; (I'm now 25 and married with two jobs and no money) in my time in this wonderful world I've had my up's and downs my highs and lows. But during my travels around this world I've tried my best to help others and be a good member to the community to help people always see the best in this world so as to keep people positive. While I'm not innocent of being a jerk from time to time I always think back and try to make it up because people don't deserve that when just trying to have fun!! I've been working on my two pure's for quite sometime now as I've just started playing again after some very personal issues that dragged me away for several months. What I'm getting at here is I'm no cheater and don't like being labeled one I've always worked hard for what I have. Always played by the rules and kept a firm grip on my goals, Until a slight hic-up on Jagex's end, While strength training my other pure a few nights ago I get a forced log out, Upon relogging I find my account has been disabled. After much confusion as to what this actually meant for me (first ban) I was shocked and I couldn't take action at all due to the lack of support for perm. bans while I under stand this system it seems like mistakes happen and there should be a way to get things checked over for our innocent persons that get "Ban hammered" Please do something about this problem I've tried every obvious source to get in touch with someone, I even made a twitter and tried tweeting (which I'm sure I messed up it's not my thing) so I beg you to look over some account's for any errors and revisit this issue. I wish I had more characters to use to try and explain this situation.
