Clue data is stored on the player, not on the clue. As long as that's the case, we're not going to be able to let you have arbitrary numbers of clues.

You talk to Daero at Blurberry's Bar on the second floor of the Grand Tree, then take the glider to Crash Island, then take the boat to Ape Atoll. The way to get there in Monkey Madness and Recipe For Disaster.

When Sherlock gives you skill challenge to complete Ape atoll agility lap, and you go there with fairy ring, then you don't need to complete all lap, only the last obstacle. I do not know is it a bug for you or not. I informed about this atleast.
