I know for a fact you can view players IP's when you look at their character file. Look at the original IP the players you banned ( The ddoser's ) and sue the **** out of them and get them locked up. Then use the money you sue'd them for to give a week worth of members back honestly. Welcome to DCScape.

I B41T will be quiting if these DDOS attacks do not come to a stop. There is absolutely no reason for you to allow these to go on for as long as they have and now all of the worlds gone at once with people not being able to long on whatsoever, no sense trying to play a game that you cant actually play right? All members have been cancelled already until this problem is fixed, which I sincerely hope that it is.

I died at Barrows a couple days ago due to these DDOS attacks. What sucks is I had no clue about these DDOS attacks, since I recently starting playing RS again. I know a lot of people want to be compensated for the millions of gp they lost and I 100% agreee! :[

It is absolutely ridiculous that things have gotten this bad,
but it seems to me like their more worried about working on new content that nobody wants,
rather than fixing this problem.
It's not rocket science, ddos protection is easy to obtain.
Fix the servers NOW or risk diminishing the population as a lot of people have already quit.
& I certainty will not be renewing my membership if this problem is not fixed within a week.

Let's cut the verbosity, the situation can be summed up very easily:

As your customers, we are paying for a service which, in its current state, is completely unusable with the DDos attacks. End of moral analysis.

This is a matter that needs to be treated with extreme importance and precedence immediately, else i'm afraid, you will see a lot of your loyal customers leaving very soon. All similar businesses fall perpetual victim to these kind of attacks and you are not exempt from investing the money into adequate protection from it.
