Please remember than this is OLDSCHOOL runescape, with each update i feel were heading over to RS3 ... the website is similar to EOC website.. which gives me the creeps...I'm afraid that your next DEV blog will be about EOC coming back! ... other than that.. the mobile capability looks nice.

any one having trouble playing rune scrape try using Firefox for 32bit computers or water fox for 64 bit ones works great I have used them for years, I have only tried sliverlight a couple of times and never really liked it . any way just a thought for any one looking for an Alternative Browser.

agree with you 100% to much to fast slow it down a bit with all the new content.

updates are fine to improve things but keep the old school feel!

Overall I like the design. The background cobblestone image is clean and up-to-date yet maintaining the classic OSRS feel. The use of the images of the Wizard on the main page and the Knight on the World Select page is also a comfort in maintaining this classic yet up-to-date feel.

The navigation bar on the top caused me problems when I first looked at the image. To begin I was struggling to find where to play the game, then I worked out that the bar at the top wasn't a link to RS3 but actually the OSRS navigation bar. Very confusing.

I love the world select page; it is reminiscent of the old High and Low detail world selection page that I remember from when I first started playing. The overall aesthetic of it is appealing as well, keeping the brownish, earthy feel that is OSRS.

Others have pointed out the issues with the highscores; the way it navigates now is simple and intuitive, but this new design looks slightly more complicated.

Overall the design looks good, but the navigation bar at the top makes it hard to distinguish OSRS from RS3, in both how the site navigates and in maintaining its unique identity. It is also a shame that despite my pleasure for the world selection page, being a chrome user, I wont be seeing much of it. I give my thanks to the Mods that took it in their own time to create these concept images; OSRS is a game that is constantly growing and evolving, its nice to remind players that we cannot remain static forever but at the same time it is wonderful to be part of a community that feels so strongly about maintaining a firm identity.
