woot slayer will be a buyable skill, buying dagannoth tasks 500k ea
Considering the halved length of the task and speed at which you can kill dagannoths, you would definitely struggle to find people to share their tasks with you frequently enough to make training slayer this way a viable method. I don't doubt it is possible but it can't see it being a common way of training consistently at all.

Can you skip tasks after sharing with others? Say I get a Dagg task and don't want to do it. Can I sell half to someone else and then skip for a new task?
If something doesn't make sense, then someone is probably lying.

After a task is shared it would be treated as a standard slayer task in all respects except for the points received for completing it.

Why not make it so that you have to type the name of the person you want to share a task with when getting a task, when neither player has a task yet? I believe that's how it works in rs3.
The proposed slayer idea is so flawed. Say my friend/friends gets a dagg task, he comes to share with me, we do the task, then i go do another skill until he/they get another dagg task, then i go and do it again and repeat. This cant possibly be implemented in game or slayer just becomes "leechable".

You can also skip the task after sharing and the other person keeps the task.
So if I get a dagg task, I can share half with a friend and then skip my half for another task.
