Great Dev blog, mostly just small tweaks which I like however there are a few comments I have.
Seercull Upgrade
The Soulcull has a 1 in 6 chance of poisoning your target.
I think making the bow have this power isn't correct, if a player using range wants to poison their target then they should use poison arrows
New Animations

Great idea but how will we know the difference between tablets with the same name? For example Rellekka and Rimmington.

I really don't think we should have this. I know it can be a pain when you're playing the minigame but I know that players using the nearby dungeons and playing the nearby quests will be given an easy time. - Basically this is an Easyscape update which I don't support.
Wilderness Monsters
This isn't really an issue, it even protects certain players such as skillers who aren't in the wilderness for PvP, they just want skilling XP. For example abyss runecrafters, many rely on the skeletons as safety in the wild. RIP Forums
Finally we have signatures in the surprise forum update. I'm Lewis, I play Old School & I've been playing since 2005.
