I didn't say it ruined the game infact I will be voting yes but I'm just making sure I get the chance to vote as opposed to it just happening because that isn't what old school is all about.

And as for thee advantage is having a wider fov I was just addressing it because some people in this thread seem to think there is no advantage of resizeable but many people have been worried about things such as wider fov because things like seeing players in the wilderness first can give a distinct advantage. RIP Forums :(

Personally I love the idea of Resizable mode, I can't wait to finally be able to see the game on my 4k monitor. Keep up all the great updates guys :)

By being able to see more in the deep wilderness, if you see a white dot you can easily look over and determine whether that player is a threat from much farther away. Please read my full post, I explain how not using resizable puts me at a disadvantage for using a comfortable screen layout. I did read your post why do you jump to the conclusion that I didn't? You said that using resizable would make it harder for you to play. My suggestion is DON'T USE THE DAMN THING.

Resizable isn't some "forced" update where it'll suddenly replace the tiny fixed layout.

Well obviously I didn't read your older post. But I can go ahead and point things that are wrong in it.


1. A bigger field of view doesn't mean anything. It might give you better peripheral but is it game breaking? Not at all.

2. Enemies, NPCS, etc are able to stay on the screen for 10 squares before disappearing. The minimap is different but I know it's close to what you see on the screen. Not as much of an advantage when the same is in fixed screen.

3. See number 2.


Still going to vote no? OS Status: Nothing atm.

RS3 Status: 120 Slayer done now onto figuring out what I should do next.

Yes, because while I agree it is not game breaking, there are still many ares where there is a steep hill and you can't see 5+ squares ahead of you with the fixed screen, but that will be different with the larger field of vision.

All I'm saying is that I don't want to be putting myself at a disadvantage for playing what's comfortable for me. I understand it's somewhat greedy to vote no when many players do want resizable but the reality is that there's probably going to be a 5-10% vote for no with the overwhelming support for it, so I'm really just trying to get my opinion out there, the vote hardly matters with this one.

Any chance we can have an option to make multiple game accounts on one email address? I have to create a new email every time I wish to make a new account. Furthermore, could there be an option to change my sign in email when trying to sign into the game?
