In order to unlock the achievement diary cape you must have the quest cape. Any other skill capes you have would already be trimmed.

remember every single thing you add to make it easier in some way such as instance bosses makes things beaten easier ingame leaving less to do and were use to doing stuff so people won't act on the game as much and if people dont relate to it either if you think it'll help people which it may but if it leads to boredome faster
