Ive completed the lumbridge & draynor tasks from easy to elite but i cannot claim the rewards. According to the journal i havent finished the easy tasks but every task is crossed over. Please help?

Edit: Yes every single task has been completed, ive double checked multiple times.

You need to setup authenticator to finish Stronghold of Security and unlock the 4 emotes. I do not want to sign up for this and out of game additional content should not be required to complete a task.
