Probably not. If enough of the community wanted trade to be in Falador park then they would've moved there quite some time ago. There really isn't any practical reason for it being there.

The community voted for the Grand Exchange so, no, it isn't much of a concern.

Mod Ghost has spent a lot of time reworking it at this point and the response to this design has been very positive. I wouldn't expect to see further changes made.
i don't like the design either :/
