Rimmington guy isn't noting my yew logs.

He only turns noted yew logs to normal yew logs.

The new converters just un-note. They're here to help do what general stores already did, for the benefit of players who (1) can't use general stores or (2) don't want the risk of having their items bought mid-transaction.

The general stores could never turn items into banknotes, so that's not something we've tried to add to the new converters.
