Think the match making system is a great idea, potentially cutting down the amount of servers would be a good move as it brings players together, currently 90% of the severs range between 50-200players maximum.
Also I think rigour and augury are currently needed in the game, only issue is a lot of melee pkers will vote no!
If (minigame reward shop) do you want it to sell books that teach you the Augory and Rigour prayers? Yes, but I'd prefer if they required King's Ransom in addition, this basically replaces doing knight waves for them.
Ideas for recoloured whips: Minigame, cosmetic differences only.
Item sink for items: A new combat minigame/area, no idea how it would work.
Ranged and mage armour set to the Castle Wars rewards? Yes, but same # and price as melee equivelants
Should we remove splitbark armour defensive requirements? If you increase Shades of Mort'ton quest rewards.
Should we allow players to get to Trouble Brewing without completing Cabin Fever? If you increase Cabin Fever rewards.
Should we remove the cooking requirement for Trouble Brewing? See above.
Should Nieve, the new Slayer Master, be added the Contact NPC spell? Only if she is no more useful by spell than the rest of the Masters.
Should Fishing shops and Herblore shops sell packs of 100 vials, feathers or fishing bait? YES! YES! YES!
Should the game applet show your current health, prayer points and run energy on icons near the minimap? A toggle option would allow players to hide these icons if they did not wish to see them. Yes, preferably if it makes the minimap completely round. If it is disabled in PvP situations, make sure to mention that.
Should the Smithing menu offer a Make-X option? Yes, along with a Make-All option. Same goes with all other skilling that doesn't have Make-All (assuming it has a multiple make at all)
Should the Zamorakian spear become a single-handed weapon? If called a Hasta, or other spear users will get jealous. That's essentially what hastae are, right?

Why is fight pits not getting more rewards? Also, increasing the amount of tickets gained from castlewars is a bad idea, it would just create people boosting for tickets especially if its that much (10% of your kills can be a lot). I hope that doesn't pass. Fighter legs should be +1 str bonus, not +2, that would devalue tassets. Other than these factors, looking forward to it.
Please take a look at the fixes (perhaps not so much the rewards as you appear to have covered those) in this thread. These sorts of little changes are very important to people who actually play Castle Wars regularly.

Interesting and I'll vote yes to most of the questions, but I don't want upgraded versions of the whip, just add recoloured whips as a BA reward please.

Between rune legs and tassets. So that's still worth playing for, but definitely not better than a GWD item. Tassets is 2 str bonus. Fighter legs could be rune legs + 1 str bonus? And no prayer bonus
These are really good suggestions but i'm not a big fan of collecting multiple reward tokens from different mini-games for a reward, instead you can gain these tokens by training your skills, for example: while training prayer you can gain tokens which you can use for bonecrusher or new prayer, by training magic you can gain tokens to use for rune pouch etc etc. An other idea is to perform tasks given by an NPC just like before in rs to collect tokens and redeem them for rewards at a shop. Also i have an question: Do you guys have quests in your database? Since I already got my quest cape I would love to do some more quests.
