all sounds great i do have some concerns though i like the idea of bring aurgry/rigour back but you didn't specify if they would be lvl 70 prayers like they are in rs3 or 74 for rigour/77 augury like pre eoc . I Personally like 74/77 gives some insentive to train prayer past 70 even though not much past it. Also i do like how you said obtain these items as rewards via minigames but i dont like how they are all connected like i really dont like some of those minigames like pc i dont want to ever go back there after getting all my void items pc is really slow and a drag in oldschool cant even get a high level boat going most of the time. I think all these minigames should give a new extra reward currency that you get along with the current reward currency and the new currency you could use to buy these items like bone churser/augury/rigour and fix delay on switching to weapons and you can spec right away ask any decent pker and they will tell you that this is what is needed more then anything else its a shame it isnt here yet you did alot of needed updates that werent quite as needed as this one like gwd pvp nmz all these things are great and i love them but specing is what we need more so please work on that stop putting aside and thinking that is somthing that isnt that important its the most important thing you have to do to oldschool apart from remove staking but that one will never happen.

Might want to explain what the "Bonecrusher" is, not everyone plays RS3.

Does it really need an in-depth explanation? I would've thought that the words 'bone' and 'crusher' would've indicated exactly what it did.
If you mean crushes bones then no, that's not what it does. It simply "buries" the bones for you without having to pick them up.

I don't think people realise how these items will affect PKers. As it already is people are fighting with armour that are untradeable and are able to run back and pick them up. With items like fighter legs users are going to risking less.

If fighter legs are put into the game I believe it should be harder to get than a torso and when a player dies with it they are not able to pick it back up.

I've had a read through and not much of this makes me feel like I have go out of my way to do x mini game.

Players want items that will make a difference, like the Fighter legs from BA, now that's an item players will do a mini game for.

If you want more players involved with mini game, boost the xp rewards to a point where it is worth doing. e.g. Pest Control.

Am I right in thinking that I could be fishing/woodcutting while in a queue for Castle Wars and then once enough people are found I will be teleported to Castle Wars to play the game?

Will vote Yes on most of these, if not all. Minigames need some life in them and the queue system combined with new rewards would be a godsend.

I truly hope the community isn't so set on having a 2007 based game that we miss out on things that improve game. I don't see any downfall in features that would revive minigames.

This would pretty cool i think not only for pking but also for monsterhunting. Make it a reward for NMZ

Na I don't think this should pass, people will camp it and abuse it mostlikely.

I'd alter them, make it a 10 def requirement. You have 3 type of pures atm: 1 - 13 - 20 defence, lowering its defence to 10. This way the item will still be wanted by a lot players asuming thats what your trying to accomplish with it?

Q: Should the game applet show your current health, prayer points and run energy on icons near the minimap? A toggle option would allow players to hide these icons if they did not wish to see them.

At first my awnser would be no, however everyone seems to wanna change the acctual 07 built and most of the people use orion already. So i'd go with Yes now.

Q:Should a fruit tree patch be added in Lletya along with a gardener and tool leprechaun?

Just a thought to make BA a bit more active, add new rewards like a barbarian spear (level 50 spear).

What would you like it to do or look like?

Rather than add a new type of spear, add the Dragon Hasta.

The Barbarian Training south of BA was added in 07 even before GWD afaik RS3 still doesn't have Dragon Hasta's. Hasta's are a 1h-spear. It's stats could be something along the lines of 60/60/60/0/0 ATK, -14/-14/-14/-2/-15/ DEF, 54 STR, and 0 Pray keeping it in lines with the other hasta's stats but at the not making it better than the Dragon Spear.

The Zamorakian spear is an extremely accurate stabbing weapon, but it requires both hands to wield. It would be considerably more useful if it could be wielded alongside a shield.

Should the Zamorakian spear become a single-handed weapon?


I'm not particularly against it but I don't think a straight up conversion is the way to go. If the spear becomes 1h something needs to be changed. Be it accuracy, STR bonus, or ATK speed.

Also what of adding Vine Whips to O7? When they were introduced into RS3 the idea was 'upgrade' Whips but they were a rather lackluster update. Would it be possible to add something similar in 07 but with slightly larger bonuses? Something along the lines of +7 Atk/Str vs. the +2 Atk/Str of the original.

Bonecrusher - like the Dungeoneering reward.
Rune pouch - a pouch to keep multiple runes in only using one inventory space. If you drop this when killed by a PKer, they will be able to pick up the runes that were in the pouch.
A book which teaches you the Rigour and Augury prayers.
Clue Scrolls - all three levels.

I feel as if Oldschool Runescape is going to be ruined with all these updates, then Runescape will hardly have 10,000 total, on oldschool and rs3 and like 4500 LEGIT people playing. Not including bots, spammers, ect...
