I dont understand. theres a server right now(not gonna say the name) that implemented fullscreen mode months ago.

How is it "very technically challenging" for a team of game developers to make fullscreen/resizeable, but not for some random people on a private server?

Im not flaming or anything I genuinely want to know.

You are clueless, I'd write more but I have a headache, someone else please? playing rs since 1976, 40 year vet cape soon

First I would like to say thanks to the whole osrs-team for a fantastic 2014. You did an absolutely amazing job on destroying those bots, keep it up!

Great plans for 2015! Can't wait for the Achievement Diaries!

I would absolutely love to see the 'F2P' version of the game to be free for everybody, as long as this will not result in a bot explosion. F2P might really give this game the new players it desperately needs.

Personally I think the whole community idea is not going to work out. Right now all players are equal; please keep it that way. I do not think JaGeX should influence the 'community' too much, just let them take care of themself.

"Private servers use a mixture of different programming languages and don't use the same engine we do. They also have more flexible hours in which to put time and effort into getting their hackily, unstable build of the game working. We have a development schedule to work with, they don't which puts more pressure on us to spend time working on what you want and have voted for.
Private servers aren't RuneScape. It's another game with a RuneScape skin on it. Much like if I was to remove the runescape screen and put an 8-bit Minecraft overlay on it, it's not Minecraft."
