I will go through about the options you provided:
Trade request trough the post.
This is really cool, i would love to have this option, it's really inconvinient to walk all the way to NMZ to buy something from a player, when you are not 45 or 52 magic, and found their post at the varrock bank. Definitely a +1 from me
Automatic trading
This is also a good feature, I would love to have my items bought from my previous slayer task, when i am already halfway trough the next one

Buy offer
I dont think a buy offer is needed. 90%of the community uses Zybez if they really want to put their buy offer somewhere, and also if you can't find something in the trading post, you can always try w1 or just wait and try again. I dont think buy offers would help a lot at all, i would never search for people's buy offer if i want to sell my wares. Also as you said they will span considerable trolling opporunity for the "funny" ppl.
Viewing the Trading Post from elsewhere
This is a nice little feature, i can easily imagine a button somewhere opening this so i can check for better offers every 5 minutes on my desired items.
Don't list offers from people with Private off
THIS!!! We need this. There is no debate here at all in my head. Had countless sellers whom i couldnt contact, even tough they had good offers, but had their privs off, and werent in a cc either.

Info tracking
I don't think this is needed. Would hurt current merching really hard, this was one of the most hated things about grand exchange in my opinion. At least for me it runied merchanting experience. I mean if i am the only one selling zamorak page 4 why should i sell it for 700k when i can sell it for 1m if someone is desperate enough to buy it. Info tracking would make it hard to sell items above average rates.
