Its about time the trading post was released! :D

however, having to use traditional trade methods to buy/sell items in the trading post seems rather tedious. why not just allow players to buy/sell the items directly on the trading post rather than have to postpone whatever they're doing to meet up and trade with someone who may have already sold the item. Every other MMO i've seen uses this (my suggested change, not the current trading post function) and it seems to work out really well.

Like others have said there is ZERO need for the trading post.

If players need to complete an offer or transaction use a search engine to find Zy Biz. It really isn't too difficult.

The players begging for G.E. to be added need to STOP asking for it. This is OSRS (a 2007 version) of the game... NOT 10'scape.

My mind is consistently blown how Jagex seems to teeter on the edge of ruin with some of these update ideas. As a PAYING MEMBER , I only returned to Runescape to play an authentic 07 version of the game. If more EOC'esque updates pass I will QUIT FOR GOOD . The main game is absolute garbage!!!

Are you serious bro? Ive completed NUMEROUS transactions with direct player encounters within SECONDS of searching for trades on another site.

You are obviously a noob when it comes to Runescape's past/history. You would have rage quit the game within a week if you played during the 00-07 era. If it's too much of an inconvenience for you to meet someone in game then LEAVE.
