Since you removed cannonballs smithing time being 1/2 and pretty much ruined a lot of the diaries, i am no longer excited for them. You really should re-add cannonball reward, make the tan all spell do the whole invent, also barb assult is a dead minigame anyways so that reward is 100% useless. Crystal hally pretty much is useless without a spec to be on par or better than a dhally. Also why would you move dag bones to elites but not dragon bones. Some of these "improvements" are actually ruining the hype. Please fix them before release.

The diaries are perfect, just because you can't smith cannonballs doesn't mean they're ruined. Also what are you talking about? Noted dag bones were on hard and they were moved to elite, noted dragon bones were elite the whole time...
Depressed people like you are ruining the hype, this is awesome stop crying so much and enjoy it.

Bonecrusher - an item that when carried automatically crushes bone drops and provides half the prayer experience you would of gotten for burying them. The bonecrusher is claimed charged with a small amount of ecto tokens

Half prayer experience + the need to charge the bonecrusher with ecto tokens mean that this bonecrusher will have only a minimal impact. Even the original bonecrusher in RS3 was insignificant (~4m prayer experience from 200m slayer at the time).

Perhaps having some sort of a menu where you could chose which ore you'd want the increased chance to go to?

Of course, this would have to be balanced, but you get the idea.

I'm inclined to go with the blue from the shoulders and it looks like most people agree.
