How is there even a fight about the bone crusher. The mere statement about not wanting to see updates from 2011 implemented is a joke. Also its benefits are near pointless, other then its ability to keep things clean. It is also well in the spirit of old school with its long sought after ability to finally give ecto-tokens a use (before the main game I might add), cuz lets all face it they are only ever used during the quest and we have all paid more times at the Lumbridge gate then Port Phasmatys (maybe that cost ecto-tokens ;) ). No 'significant' prayer xp will be gained from it and it is and will always be a good update in either game. Also if you think it wouldn't pass a poll easily you my friend are delusional and this conversation is futile.

-Kandarin headgear should not have to be worn for bolt spec at elite, it should also be a bight light source. But the biggest thing I would like to see is it have the ability to be worn with full lumberjack and act like the hat. Varrock armour gets the ability with the mining outfit in both games and headbands don't and it makes no sense.

Very Disappointed about the faster cannonball smithing being removed. Maybe 20% increase of receiving an extra ball or something. Please think of something else but don't get rid of the increase all-together.
Example-Maybe a chance of receiving an extra ball at a certain percentage.

bonecrusher is to op you get exp for doing nothing how about changing the functionality so it puts bones into your intorvectory, you wouldn* waste any extra time burying bones after you click them as they interact with you where you can bury bones while doing other actions.

Yes, chompy hunting isn't really very popular. If chompy rates are going to be modified, 15% chance of spawning two would be much more suited to the activity if it was a reward from the elite diary, as it doesn't devalue the 4,000 kills nearly as much. i agree.

Would almost make more sense honestly to make it like dragontooth necklace combined with the bonecrusher but no exp is given from the bones only a small boost in prayer points (prayer boost might even need a nerf). But at least your not getting free dumb exp at least that you havent earned..

The bonecrusher was never OP you aren't suddenly going to see massive prayer gainz on the highscores just because people are now getting half prayer xp for killing monsters on their slayer tasks. When you take in the overtime longterm effect of getting combat xp and how much combat skills there are to train to max and then include slayer into the whole picture with the cost of prayer from all the xp gained from the bonecrusher your talking about a lot of money and hrs saved just from this one item and people should have to go the whole length to train every skill not only work for 170m xp in a skill and then have a gaint xp lamp giving 30m xp, you should have to work your whole way for the skill not only a little bit no matter what your goal is, either going for 99 or 200m.

The idea of prayer is to use bones on a altar or bury them yourself. Something in your inventory that just crushes them without an animation is rather confusing to me.

And that's not all, Bonecrusher was added in 2011 with dungeoneering.. 4 years later..
It is not "Old school" period.
Updates like these defeat the purpose of why me and others play it, for Nostaligic reasons.
I personally, (and most of my friends) do not want the old stuff from preoc back, we want either brand new updates for a new experience- Or nothing.
