Looks interesting, would be nice if this boss or some boss in the future involved non cmb skills in killing it where the higher your non combat skills the more advantage you have.

The rewards seem pretty bad. Range weapon is worse than msb, the spec could of been good but it says delay so I'm thinking it means like how hand cannon had a delay and people could eat over their max hp in the time it took and there isn't much that requires magic offense in the game. Maxed Sept 24th, 2015 - 134th to max

It's only a 0.25 addition to your max damage over our current rune defender which is nothing ;)

I'm fine with degradeables, but I think there could be a slight rework to this. Make the dart blower into a crystal bow attachment, make it into a level 85 bow, buff the range att + str, give it poison - 2h acb competitor. Make the mage item either speed up the SoT* by one tick or boost its damage some more :p . I like the melee item but it either needs to be buffed to the point of being OP (so it's really valuable and in high demand)
or maybe try a different item - alot of people have been requesting a 1h crush weapon (I don't care too much) or a best in slot helm / boots.

I like this idea of making it untradeable. It could be an awesome way to show off..
But scales would be useless if it wasn't degradeable.

Or maybe like port armour.. Untradeable and tradeable versinos of the same item? I really love this concept in RS2.
