If you're good you can avoid PKers easily anyway, look at people who do wildy bosses - I'm on like 150 venenatis kills (not much) and I've only run into pkers once (who I evaded by running east into single zone, then running south past green drags). Or worst case, just don't do the wildy diary - it wont kill you to skip it.

You have 9 other diaries that you get to benefit from. That particular group that enjoys this game for PK'ing doesn't typically enjoy skilling so they'll only benefit from maybe 1 diary while you can benefit from the other 9 .

for pkers, I do imagine it would be great fun being able to ruin the fun of people trying to do achievement diaries. that's what the majority of pkers would be doing. fast easy targets at known locations. what more can they ask for.

they will not be doing the diary, except as a result of doing what they are already doing. what they will be doing is preventing others from doing achievement diaries. how is that a benefit to anyone? frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

explain to me how you can avoid a pker that world hops at the web going to ardounge. I was doing a clue and a guy world hopped right next to it causing me to click on him instead of the web. that skulled me and caused me to lose the clue when he killed me. he gained nothing but the satisfaction of ruining the clue for me.

more over when I went back for the clue equipment, two more did the same thing. this is what clans will be doing to stop people reaching achievement diaries locations.

do you have any understanding of the meaning of completionist cape? it would appear you don't have a clue. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

Run to the location on a f2p world then hop onto a p2p world very quickly, complete the task, done. Or try bot worlds, or bring d'hides + max mage def and be a big boy to tank the clans. So many options.

Yeah I have no clue because there is no completionist cape . Why would you care about something that doesn't exist?

It's pointless tbh... there's most likely going to be some b.s. tasks there.

I could see there being a few centered around the bosses in wildy, maybe an elite one would be mining a rune rock, could be killing lava dragons, could be to complete the mage arena, who knows. Imo it could be fun tbh...

If you're interested in Achievement Diaries, I put together a massive thread on 13 Achievement Diaries with new tasks and rewards in each area.
New areas include the Troll Lands, Wilderness and Elf Lands!

The only thing that worries me, is you mentioned the fishing trawler as an achievement for the elites. I hope that consideration is made for ironmen, and the activities we can't take part in so that we are not stuck with more limitations than what was originally stated upon starting as an ironman. Being able to play the core content (quests, achievements, etc.) should be doable even on an ironman account. Other than that, I feel that this would be a great addition to the game.

I think it would be cool to release the different diaries as one a week. Having the community rush to different areas of the map each week would bring the community together and also extend the life of update instead of one giant initial hype.
