There's going to be something for everybody... they just highlight the big combat stuff because most people are here for combat. Besides, skillers throw fits when better xp-rates and better methods are created. Everything stated here is forwarded from a major corporation. Nothing here is my opinion. Enjoy your salad.

OK the update looks great but I could honestly care less about any updates coming into the game until the dcs get fixed. Im too scared to boss or pk because the worlds get ddosed constantly. I care way more about actually being able to play the game without being scared of dying and losing all my stuff then little updates. Please focus on fixing the ddos issues instead of focusing on updates.

All the people complaining about the connection issues and the servers taking priority over this update, use your brains. First off, the people who work on the network are not the same as the ones who design and implement content. Not only this, but with these server issues, there obviously is no black and white superfix for them otherwise they would be fixed right? Are you guys honestly stupid enough to believe that the OSRS team wants its playerbase to have to put up with lag? But until the fix is found, there is no point putting off content that is not affected is there?
And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

How do you pronounce Zeah? Is it like Yeah with a Z? Or is it like Zee-ah?

Also the content looks awesome so far! I like the idea of more races too! Hopefully you guys can introduce more animals and monsters and stuff also.

Maybe have a city of giants and a city of tiny people like in Gulliver's Travels? :P So much fun stuff you guys can do here!

Don't forget to add lore!

Not sure most people are here for combat. I recall some polls that said most people enjoyed non-combat activities most, pvm second, and pvp least, but they were quite a long while ago (like back in 2007), and I personally know some people who quit over the amount of combat updates, so things have likely changed in the last (nearly) decade.

And I think most people who enjoy the non-combat side of the game would love to get some new content, especially content not designed to make us PKing targets.

I hope there's something for everyone.

I also hope they show what they have for everyone before polling, because I'm sure some people who don't care for the elf clans, the death D&D, and duel tournaments (that is, mostly combat related updates, all from RS3) will vote no due to the combat tilt of things.

That combined with the people who dislike our content coming from RS3 (again, all the content announced seems to be based on content from there) may be enough to sink the update.
