No, Jagex. You had us players vote in to approve the return of the Halloween event. We did not vote upon and we were not informed about the re dispersion of the halloween masks. Don't give me the lecture about how 'Jagex never intended' for holiday items to be rare items and traded at high prices. Rare holiday items in limited quantity is what the PLAYERS want. Runescape 3 still has its rares, no? Oldschool was already a good chance for us to get party hats priced below 1 billion coins.
In other words, the greatest of Jagex's non-intentions are some of the greatest aspects of this game, and many of Jagex's intentions manifested, are some of the worst things in the game. Holiday rares are one of the greatest parts of this game, please discontinue ruining the rarity of the holiday items, do NOT drop party hats again or you will see many people quit.
