Losing the clue box itself counts as some risk - you actually have to put time and trouble into earning emblems to buy them.

If I'm doing a clue in the wild and see another player, I usually just hop. The wild isn't even that populated anyway. I'd consider this box to be a waste of points myself, but nothing harmful

Here's the relevant bit of the dev blog for you.

We have made a few changes to the way that interrupting combat works in Bounty Hunter worlds.

Players can now attack their targets when even if their target is already in combat with a monster or another player.
You cannot be attacked by rogues if you are attacking your target.

This change will help you fight the person you want to be fighting without fear of your combat being repeatedly interrupted. It will also make sure that people PKing in Bounty Hunter worlds are able to attack their target at all times.

It is unlikely to impact on single clanning to any great extent.

As awesome as these updates are, the servers are still really shaky and bh is hard to do with them.
either fix your servers (which i know is going to take ages) or give players a fallback (to keep: not their normal items but untradables) either 30 mins to pick them up or automatically keeping them.

You are extremely unlikely to run into a pker anyway, it's really not going to make a difference. You will never get anything for free. Anyone claiming that is trying to scam, lure or hijack you.
