Storm Atronarch sounds like a cool boss, but the drops seem far too much. I'd support this if it was something like; the pickaxe as very rare, rune ore rare, addy ore uncommon and mith ore/(coal?)/gems common (all unnoted). The super antifire stuff would be nice as well, but only because I want that in the game somehow. This should also definitely be slower than mining for the average player.
Rat Hunt sounds good, but I think the rewards on this are actually too slight. 5-25 rat claw chunks per week? I assume they'd be tradable, but for DIY players that's not much help. Resetting it every day seems more reasonable to me, or letting us hunt the rats once a day but for just the rat claw reward.
Soul Snatcher sounds great! Everyone having the same skills and starting equipment is a wonderful idea. The level/gear stratification in games like SW was ridiculous. My only concern is it doesn't seem to mention anything about rewards, which usually makes or breaks minigames in RS. Hopefully it's something more original than just combat xp, but I'm sure that can get decided later.
The Cat Mystery & Roof-leaping are both fine I guess, but don't really appeal to me. I don't see the need for another low level quest without much of a story, and I'm struggling to understand what the point of the roof-leaping is at all.

Well whatever wins (Soul Snatcher!), I look forward to what you guys put out. You must be sick of hearing it by now, but it's so nice having the developers be this involved with the community.
