EoC will not follow corp
. We're dodging a lot of updates between 2007 and 2011 that were generally unfavorable. Dragon claws are not coming back, for example. Dungeoneering will not be coming back, we've already polled on chaotic weapons although the 2 are not exactly linked. Summoning is not coming back. Curses are still up in the air but I know Soul Split would not come back. Graphical updates like in 2011 will not be coming back. Full screen will not be coming back; however, character zoom may be coming. The GE is not coming back. EoC will not follow corp...

discussion. I hope Corporeal comes back. Not sure how I feel about shields coming back. I like how the DragonFire Shield, odium, and ward are pretty much best so far. Adding these spirit shields will devalue all 3 of our top tier shields. Not sure how I feel about that.
How about adding additions to the top tier shields/zamy hasta that degrade?

Vile rag - When used on a dragon dagger it increases the damage of the poison by 10 for 1,000 hits. The vile rag immediately disintegrates when used. Dropped very rarely by Scorpia and rarely by Venenatis
Bear claws - When attached to a dragon scimitar the special attack is buffed to remove protection prayers 80% of the time and increase the attack speed of the scimitar by 1 tick for 30 seconds. The dragon scimitar and bear claws crumble to dust after 2,500 hits.
Glass dust - Imbues the stats of the Treasonous and Tyrannical rings to +10 (+2 more than the NMZ imbue) but reduces the defensive stats to +0. The glass dust rings degrade after 5,000 hits taken.
Why not do this to corp's drops?
ex:
Zam hasta buff: +10% atk/str vs. corporeal until degrades
df shield: recoil effect until degrades (ring of recoil)
odium: halves poison dmg until degrade (3 dmg instead of 6 from p++)
ward: halves any spell effect until degrade (half freeze effect from ice spells)
