Spirit shields in their original form are a huge step
If we make them like they were, it leaves little room for improvement.
The problem with pre eoc is that we hit the 'cap' with lvl 80 gear.
The difference between items shouldn't increase as fast as pre eoc whip versus rapier.
Even if they are super rare, they only needed 75 defence andd were the best in slot shields.
If they get balanced stats and the droptable will benefit every combat style evenly, I will vote yes.
I.E is ranged gets damage/accuracy/defences, so should magic and melee
I'd like to see all the spirit shields with their same stats, but weaker effects, or perhaps new ones entirely.
As for new best in slot items, I don't know if those were like suggestions, or options, or what, but I'd like to see some newer magic armor, and a one handed straight sword. That's all I want really. I'm a man of simple tastes.

Combat level requirement 80/100+
Minimum quest point requirement 100+
Introduce Spirit Shields as rare drops - Change stats and
Nerf
effects.
Introduce new best in slot items - Headgear/Magic robes/Mid-high level crush weapon.
I think moving forward is a great idea, and since there was a quest requirement before I think there should be somewhat of one again, but
not 200+
, the drops will be rare enough and very hard to get, so whether someone with the lowest reqs or someone with the highest reqs gets a drop, it will still be a very well deserved drop, If there's 200+ qp and 100+ cb reqs it will restrict a lot of players from going which isn't fair, i understand everyone works hard to get where they are, but at the end of the day its a game, and why limit others from playing the same game you are.
Are you guys serious? Saying there should be a quest cape requirement....even a 200 quest point requirement is dumb. I know this may be a surprise to some of you but not everyone likes quests. Your pretty much forcing those people to do weeks worth of boring quests that all you do is spam the continue button on different npcs till you finished the quest. And seriously? "Sorry you cant enter the corp cave cause Jagex said you don't have enough quest points". That is dumbest thing you could possibly do. Having it say "sorry you do not have the slayer level to join" makes so much more sense. If anything Jagex you should add a slayer requirement with combat requirement. This would allow the people who actually train their combat correctly to enter...not those NMZ products that take the easy way out. I think 90-99 slayer and 90-110 combat would be the best requirements for corp.
P.S. Im 90 slayer and 210 qps so straw men go away

I think that Corp should come back along with the Spirit Shields.
Now, the Spirit Shields of the main game (the game now known as Runescape 3/EoC) were overpowered in pre-EoC.
How do we make these shields effective shields but not overpowered shields?
I think that the special traits of the Sigils need to be weakened by around 50%.
Divine Spirit Shield would absorb 15% of damage rather than 30%.
Spectral Spirit Shield would have a magic defense bonus of +15 rather than +30 (this is fair because the Dragonfire shield's magic defense bonus is +10)
Arcane Spirit Shield's magic attack bonus would be +5 (not +10, it's too much considering its high defense in every stat)
Elysian Spirit Shield would absorb half of the damage it used to absorb (I don't remember)
I'm a huge fan of Construction; love the skill. In particular I'm absolutely fascinated with the
Player-Owned House Dungeon.
My dream is for everyone to be able to build their own personal PvM challenge, one that rivals even current content.
