That's what i ment. Having spirit shields will make gwd bosses too easy and they will make a boss like nex to have a new high-level content, which bring even better gear in-game and it will only end at level 99 gear.

These are the best options for requirements into the cave in MY opinion:

1600+ total level
180+ quest points (Because 176 is barrows gloves and to even out the number)
105+ combat level

These requirements would make it so only the best players could attack corp, and the monster isn't over camped. Over camping a boss is a big problem in OSRS, yes items are supposed to drop overtime, but Godwars items have been so heavily camped that they have crashed significantly over the past few months. Having these high level, high game intelligence requirements would make it so only people who deserve to go to corp and get its powerful drops can. It would also make the rare items it drops be harder to afford and will drop significantly slower in price than previous boss items that were released.

What will happen when we reach armour in the level 95+ range? How will new, better armours be implemented then?

At this current pace it seems like we might reach that stage a bit too soon. How do we decide the pace? If we vote no to this will it be polled again in a year or so?

Slow down mate. Corporeal beast is content from 08, Vorago and Kalphite King were introduced 5 years after that. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I agree 100% having high requirements are the best way to keep the shields extremely rare and not heavily camp. But 1600+ is too high 1200+ total level is perfect and 100+ combat is fair for those zerker accounts. :)

OSRS community is a pre-eoc type of player. If any ideas or content get the required 75% to pass the poll then i don't see the problem.

Why is overpowered gear required with every updates now? this is Oldschool for a reason. There was a 3+ year gap between dragon/barrows armor release and corp's release and i dont remember seeing on the forum people begging for OP gear such as corp's reward and GWD. The community did just fine back then, why can't it do just fine now? oh cuz you want stuff that was in the game YOU quit playing to be added to the game you currently play?
