Considering you need 175QP just for the barrows gloves, I honestly do not think a 200+ QP requirement would be too much for a boss that drops high-tier gear.
Sort of the same goes for combat level req, 110+ is fairly easy to get to if you put some effort into it.
Also, I think the best way of introducing Corp would be to make a quest that have these requirements to be completed. Simply adding a cave and getting a message saying "your combat level is too low" if you're trying to enter it seems kind of dull to me.
For the drops, I'm not too sure how to make it balanced, I never owned any of the shields back in the day but I do remember divine being quite overpowered in PvP. I would like to see the same shields be dropped with the same defensive stats, but not as powerful effects. I don't feel like the shields would be worth the effort if they dont have strong defensive stats. If I remember correctly, the effects was the reason why some of them were considered quite overpowered.
Maybe introduce a 20-50k coin drop as compensation for no charms, sort of like the Gwd bosses.
New weapons and other armour doesn't seem like that much of a priority, it can always be added in later updates with new quests/bosses*

- 200+QP (not too hard to get)
- 110+Cbt (also not very hard to get, but requires some time and effort, just like QP's)
- Same drop table as when it was released, with a small compensation for charms and not as powerful effects on the shields. (same defensive stats, or it won't be worth the effort)
