It was confusing.

You have to claim it on the Twitch website first and then you have to claim it again on the Runescape Website.

If you look at the instructions it provides a link to the part of the Runescape website to go to. The page is weird and it says something like "claim your reward" but it does not look like something you would normally click on.

Hope this helps. If I didn't make sense I can try to clarify.

After you 'claim' them, you need to click on the 'View Instructions' button on the RuneScape offer, just to the left of the 'Claim' one.

That should bring up a new window, with two options. The first should state something along the lines of "link your Twitch and RuneScape accounts here". Click that, which will take you through to the RuneScape website where you can claim your loot for your account.

Hi after many attempts i finally got the rewards, i followed Trewavas and the advise he gave, so claim reward on twitch page and view instructions, then when instructions opens hover over the link ,click it and it takes you to a runescape page and asks you to claim reward,click on that and it will say something like well done your reward will be with you when you log in,,,and it was :) ,,springy pet, octopus backpack,1000 protean logs and a purified staff token ,,wotever that is lol....so thx again to Trewas...
