Jagex is rogue and doesn't give 2 shits. Their attitude is you should be lucky they giving it to you anyways. (reason i say rogue is you have like 1 out of 10 track record for listening to player base)

This happened with rainbow promotion too where it reset - they don't have their game programmed correctly to handle what they were trying to accomplish. Best wishes to all.
