Mine was reset. I assume maybe some update happened? And with that, a glitch reset everyone back to 1 time from 2 or 3 times.


Edit: There was nothing in the Patch notes which would suggest changes to treasure hunter, this promotion, or the multiplier in any form... Kind of a waste of keys to try to regain that multiplier when it ends in 12 hours.

Doubt we will have a resolution before the event ends...

You can try, but likely nothing can be done in time. Also if it is a widespread bug they have a lot more than four people's support tickets to fix.

Same for me. Had a "permanent" 2 x and now it's back to 1.

Mondays are so frustrating since almost every update causes problems with things that were working alright the day before.

So...do we wait & see if it gets "fixed" or just go with the loss?
