I personally think the loot duel promotion is overpowered. I'm currently at 8k oddments just from using free spins i find skilling, daily, challenges, and randomly. This thread needs to be closed though, it's not hosting a very intelligent conversation. Neither of you seem to be fully reading eachother's posts and the argument has gone quite astray.


Could an Fmod look this thread over, should they happen across it?

Not true at all as according to the official RS Wiki, the chance to obtain a red or higher rarity drop is only about 6% or 1 in 16-17, not 1 in 3:

I was a history major in college, just a small research tip- When you go to disprove something you also must research the topic in question. You should have looked up the drop rate of unique chests, not red drops. Because it was never about red drops.

If the drop rate on rune wiki differs from what I've said then it was because my sample size was too small. However assuming I wasn't incredibly lucky for the past 8k oddments, it is reasonable to expect an overpowered amount of unique chests.

Not every chest is unique to begin with, and an "unique" chest can contain any rarity of prize.

Correct. All along OP has been trying to link 2 mutually independent events together and falsely claimed an "abuse" which never happened. His false belief of every "unique" chest is a red prize is also clearly disproved by the video I lined as well as the everybody-can-see fact that Loot Duel currently running as part of the Mysteria Promotion doesn't give a red prize on every "unique" chest.
