You all failed to see there is no random element in this promotion. You see the prize and the next one too. Didn't a lot of players say they don't want RNG element?
There are definitely RNG elements to this promo -- that Second slot prize has to come from somewhere, and although you can "plan" your powerups accordingly, it's still RNG based and you have little control over changing it until it hits the primary slot. At that point, your only option is to add a powerup to it (all RNG based), or to completely reroll it (also RNG based). It's not like you pick the prize as it hits either slot, so still 100% RNG.
However, that's just me arguing semantics, I guess, because I personally don't mind RNG when it comes to Treasure Hunter...it's just that this time it seems that it's been purposefully shifted because I am getting a -TON- more whites and yellows than normal, and I'm betting they did it because of how you have the occasional option on the left side for a power up that Upgrades Rarity...but it's a rare roll, so it's not really a fair balance.

I, for one, am glad this promo is useless. We have too many op promos as it is for people to spend money on.
Yeah yeah yeah. Take your seat in the back with the other elitists who think that just because they wanna play the game the hard way that means everyone should. It's 2020. Games aren't meant to be a grindfest anymore. Some of us just want to throw a few bucks at the game every now and then to speed up the grinding, so that when we have time to sit down and play, we can actually spend that time enjoying the game (bossing, quests, etc), instead of coming home from work and starting just another grind.
