I spent around 2.4b on this promo for 100 bonds (1500 keys) for 228k oddments, 250m GP, 20k proteans, 30m BXP and 10m normal XP. It seems to be slightly better for gaining oddments (to use during the 75% off sale for 50 oddment medium stars or 75 oddment medium lamps) compared to the Loot Duels promo.
My strategy was to save the x10 multiplier for the small chance that the 200m GP prize comes up naturally (i.e. without using the "upgrade rarity +1" or "upgrade rarity +2" modifiers). I then built up the other 4 slots with as many of the multipliers (i.e. x9, x8, etc) as possible, which could then be used on red prizes. Obviously i'm converting the majority of prizes into oddments.
I only got 1 purple prize naturally, which was disappointing as the implied purple prize odds is 0.15% or 1 in 666.66 keys. I got 29 purple prizes from using the "upgrade rarity +1" or "upgrade rarity +2" modifiers, where the majority were 600 silverhawk feathers, 300 springs or 4000 rare item tokens. Only 1 out of those 29, was a lucky item, which was also disappointing as I wanted to remove more of those useless "lucky" weapons/armours out of the purple prize pool. Only 1 out of those 29, was also the 200m GP prize, which unfortunately couldn't be multiplied as it was generated with the "upgrade rarity +1" modifier.
It's an interesting promo, but it's way more complicated than the Loot Duels promo if your goal is purely to gain as many oddments per key used. You also get a lot of purple prizes (i.e. 2% vs 0.15% normally) purely because of the "upgrade rarity +1" or "upgrade rarity +2" modifiers.
