You're reading it correctly, Transcendent is making this suggestion probably because he would like more LP to buy auras but at the same time is also aware that it may not be healthy for the game in the long term.

Basically: has a desire but understands it might not be positive for the game as a whole in the long term. Proposing an idea that might not be good for the game but is also honest enough to admit that.

I feel like everyone is confusing my suggestion which I believe would be good for the game, with a suggestion another player made which would be bad for the game and which I am against.

Being able to spend loyalty points to buy oddments I support, this was my suggestion.

The confusion began after I answered Tom Grey on page three who said:

Tom Grey's idea would sell more Treasure Hunter keys because it would make loyalty points buyable, but in my opinion it would be bad for the game so I am against being able to buy loyalty points with oddments.

The reverse, being able to buy oddments by spending loyalty points is my suggestion. Hi.
