I just posted the same issue, this is stupid Jagex needs to resolve this, I love the game but they are betraying us financially... It is technically illegal here, and they can be sued over it... Bait-and-switch is not legal in Michigan, JUST SAYING JAGEX....

I got this offer also, seemed suspicious when I clicked on the offer in game and it brought me to the store but didn't show any kind of one time offer being added at the checkout. I went ahead with buying the 75 keys but didn't get the extra 75.

it happened to me also. this is a scam.. i log in, its 12 hours until the double xp weekend, i get a pop up, saying there is a one time offer, only for me, buy 75 keys, get 75 for free! can only be claimed once!
where the fuck are my extra keys? i demand my keys, or a refund, this is rediculous

This article is about common issues with your credit card but the contact button can be used as long as you provide as much information as possible in the "other information" space.

I hope this helps and I am moving this thread to the "Community Led Payment Support" in the meantime as well.
