If you're going to add partyhats, make them fit into the game, rather than shoehorning them to the game via a gambling simulator that breaks the immersion. :P

And how do the existing partyhats fit into the game?

Not to mention, TH isn't really gambling, as there are only winners, no losers, not to mention you don't even have to pay, as you get 2 free keys a day and can earn more in-game.
