They are cosmetic hats that have similar names to preexisting hats.

Make no mistake, I did not ask for partyhats on treasure hunter.

I asked for new partyhats, with no connection whatsoever to the old ones, on treasure hunter.

Wanting a new untradeable cosmetic items on TH, called partyhats after an already existing item, is not the exact same thing as wanting those same preexisting items on TH.

Can somebody help me out here?
