When I click the link to get 450 keys, the highest amount itll let me purchase is 75 keys.

That won't work, it says you specifically have to buy the 450 key bundle.

Ok, I had my brother log in on his account and it lets him buy it, but not me...is it cause I already bought a pack of keys today?

Most likely, as the system does have limits on how many keys each person can buy.

Well that seems odd, because in the memo about the Umbral chest promotion, it says there is no limit to how many you can get.
