Promo schedule of what? Just TH?

If you mean TH only, sometimes they preview the upcoming TH events. They previewed the past Capsule event and the upcoming Bone Yard in the Feb review video.

Otherwise, there is no fixed schedule on what promo they run. There is a pattern though (not fixed), you usually see a 4-5 day promo running from either Wed or Thursday to Sunday. Then a one day promo each on Monday or Tuesday. When DXP or BXP events come up, you should also expect Time to Train around that time.
