So i logged on today and saw the little change where u choose between 2 chests and get something.
I chose a rainbow chest that said it gives you 2x-7x rewards and I got super lucky and got a red item, a dark chestplate with a 5x rewards bonus but when i clicked to inventory i only got a single dark chestplate.

Can a mod help with this pls?

When you win multiples of a prize that you may only have one of, you are given one, and the remaining are cashed out for gp or oddments (depending on what the current cash-out offer is) and added to your currency pouch.

Today I 'won' x4 cottontail knight helmet tokens with the x4 multiplier and only got x1 in my inventory.
You can certainly own more than one of these as they are tradeable and available to buy on the GE.
I am waiting to hear back from Runescape support team but I am not getting my hopes up as still no reply from my last ticket which I sent several months ago for another issue.
If anyone here can help with any info would be much appreciated.

Same thing happened to me just a few minutes ago. I won 3 lance carrots and got only one in my inventory. I looked twice to find out if I just missed. These are trade able so are they limited to one if they are trade able. Please advise. I would like to know going forward. I like to sell the extra pieces I get to buy other game content. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Sad thing is, no one from jagex is even going to read these. I hope with the
mention a few weeks ago about customer support that someday these
type of issues will be listened to and fixed The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

Have submitted several tickets on several diff th events and never any acknowledgement but you do not get multiples of any equippable item or cosmetic override even if you are allowed to have multiples, and you are not usually credited with any type of currency for the extras.

You don't get multiple UNIQUE items because they are UNIQUE. However, you get multiple times the oddments cashout.
