Feldran is talking about his own problem, not Necrodamas's (OP) specific case about dark chestplate.

Funny, I remember Rainbow parasol being an equipable item... won from TH... that is not only not unique but also won from the one of the only 2 promos that allows you to win multiples of a prize.

Funny isn't it.

You already realized Feldran was specifically talking about "equippable items or cosmetic orverride even if you are allowed to have multiples" from your "edit", and such items are UNIQUEs obviously you can't have more than one of them in the bank or in the customization interfaces.

They have changed it long ago, as it is useless to have more than one Rainbow Parasol in the bank. They only take up bank slots but there aren't players can do with the extras.

So you're saying feldran's statement "

Make up your mind which dictionary you want to use first.

It is not "can't have" or "useless to have". It is Jagex no longer give duplicate UNIQUE items or cosmetics in multiples

So you know Jagex have changed it long ago now that we won't receive duplicate multiples of the same UNIQUE
