Currently not a member, and waiting until NXT is more stable or getting a new PC to cope with it.

So on my daily log on to get my free win spin, started accumulating lamps, which can't be banked, stored or we have to destroy them.... O_o

Now there is no way I'm destroying them, as at some point want to be a member again.... Yet as keep getting them, it is limiting my potential to even play for free.

So eventually I'll just stop playing the game again.... So why not make it we can bank lamps or have a storage space in Treasure Hunter for them?

The same needs to happen with any other Treasure Hunter items, that limits X-members playing for free, who might want to come back again later....

As currently the idea of penalizing people to become a member, just stops them playing; it is far better to work on a reward basis for incentive. ;)

Why can't you just use the lamps?

Because as a free player, you can only use small & medium lamps that are free player skills...

Thus the huge Runecrafting one, can't be used, until becoming a member again. O_o

people would abuse this to get more exp out of the lamps.

Sorry, that isn't abuse; that is part of the game....

People save items until they level all the time, I've got over 5 melee training dummies, waiting until I'm a member again, and leveled up first.

It would make the game more interesting, if members can also store lamps, then everyone could save them until they were ready to gain the most out of them.

Considering lamps are something we can pay real money for within the game, why shouldn't we be able to use them when we want? ;)

How is it a part of the game when lamps have never been bankable?

And you can use them whenever you want, just because you don't want to lose inventory spaces temporarily doesn't mean you can't hold on to them.

The game has always been about getting the most amount of exp, for the least amount of work.

This is a request to make lamps bankable, as it would make the game more playable for free players, and encourage them more to one day become a member.

Destroying the lamps instead, doesn't add any incentive to making people want to become a member one day. O_o

Currently using 5 spaces up of our 28, thus each journey is turned into less, giving me less incentive to want to play.

Not sure how long it will take for NXT to work properly on my current PC.... Yet anymore than 5 spaces, will mean I'm not able to play properly as a free player either. :|

Well okay, fair enough, I won't keep arguing about this further as it begins to go more on the opinion side of things, but I do say one thing though:

5 spaces of 28 locked for lamps is annoying to you? :P ***** please, one time I was saving up 22 key tickets in inventory (also can't be banked) while waiting for a good TH promotion. If one hadn't come just then, it could've potentially ended up forcing me to lock the entire inventory for key tickets (didn't want to destroy any of them).

You know, just sayin' ;)

In my opinion, the proper solution here would be to allow f2p players to use large/huge lamps and get experience as if they were medium... or just remove large/huge lamps from f2p TH to begin with.

I don't think you should be able to store lamps anywhere (bank / pouch / etc.) because:
1. You've never been able to store them
2. The ability to store them would encourage hoarding until you have enough to reach 99

I like that you're sort of forced to use lamps quickly, because that way you don't have to feel bad about not getting as much exp as you potentially could have if you had waited longer.

Also, why are you waiting on NXT? The Java client works as well as it always has. So in your situation I'd work and buy a bond for temporary membership to use up the lamps (and hopefully earn enough money to buy your next bond once you feel like staying a member - since earning money in p2p is easier than f2p).
