Double Daily Keys not getting

So the last two times I logged in I did not get the advertised daily double keys. I am a member and for a while I got 4 keys each day. When I logged on just now I only had 2 and still saw the advertisement on the log in screen.

Is the event over or am I getting a bug?

I also bought the double key it worked for a week now im not getting them 2 days in a row i have logged in and not got double keys.. it said for 30 days 7 days is NOT 30 ! I will not be renewing since they take the money offer you something and then not give it to you.

@ Smileslynn - If you purchased the double daily keys using a credit card, you can contact Player Support through the "Contact Us" button on the Common Credit Card Issues article in the Support Centre.
