You straight up lied to our faces with santas grotto promotion. Imp grotto is not the same promotion. I would like to be refunded my purchase or compensated in gold and santa presents for all keys spent during this event. This is beyond predatory and way overstepping a moral and ethical line. You want to know why people keep leaving this game. Its because you do things like this. I hope you correct this soon because otherwise you will be losing another player of 20 years.

The scummiest part is that people who spent over 100 keys up to this point don't get that progress towards the 400 keys for the guaranteed gold presents. What's that? You already bought keys from the key promotion thinking you knew what you were getting? Well sucks to be you, better either pay for more or stare at what you missed out for the next 2 weeks..
