Recently, since the advent calendar began, I've noticed a new, sort-of-related TH scam:
During some, but not all, of the TH promos that have been changing daily, we are being cheated out of oddments when discarding prizes that have been multiplied. For example, when Rainbow's End ran again yesterday, I won x3 small stars. However, discarding these 3 stars for oddments only gave me what we get for cashing out just 1 small star. So I got penalized for not happily taking the 3 small stars and discarding them for oddments, which I can use anytime, unlike BXP.
Today's promo, however, does give oddments for each prize discarded when discarding multiplied items.
Perhaps this has happened to others before December 1st, but it only began happening to me this month.
good observation, although i do not know how you would have gotten oddments had you accepted the stars. is there a way to convert to oddment after accepting them? Buy Zemomarks / Chromatic Partyhats safely here
