Because as it currently stands it is near impossible to get what you want and impossible to get all of the outfits without buying hundreds and hundreds of keys. TH is bloated with fallen stars and it's incredibly difficult to get just 20 Ghostweave let alone 100+

I had the 6 sets from when this promo came out years ago - Bought the 450 key pack, froze 10 skills for all 450 keys and it still wasn't enough to buy all the new outfits 5/9 to be precise - Im now, going to have to sell my original robot wars robots from 2001 to be able to get all the outfits unlocked :'(

After spending my RSGP on bonds from about 280m to now 18m i have unlocked the outfits - I now have no fallback for if i have no IRL cash, which i wont now until Jan (student) any promo that comes now if its for cosmetics ill have no choice but to sell up valuables :/ really pains me

This is a great example on why business practices like TH or lootboxes shouldn't be accepted; you don't realize just how much money it's going to cost you until it's so late that sunk cost fallacy kicks in. Why the complaining stopped just because we got 1 promotion that didn't sell exp, without removing gambling altogether, is worrisome.

I wouldn't mind a promo now and then - but the quantity is getting ridiculous - and it seems that if they reduce the quantity, they increase the needed keys to get all the rewards. This sorta thing feels against the law, i know it currently isn't but its just wrong.

I unlocked 3 outfits when this promo was first released in 2014. This was when ghostweave could be gained through skilling, as well as mtx.

So I purchased some keys, for curiosities sake. I used 100 keys and gained 620 ghostweave lol. The thing I got most was 'stars'.

Let me repeat, 6 2 0 ghostweave from 100 keys. I've decided not to use any more keys on this promotion. Guess I may get the other outfits, in another 3 years =)

Nice promotion, not executed wisely, imo.
