There will be wifi and an external internet connection available. The venue does include some thick walls though so there may be some movement required to ensure your connection.

There will be a Fansite and Clan room - it is a chill out and rest area designed for you and your Fansites and Clannies to meet up and chat. I will also attempt to hang around there when not doing my other tasks for RuneFest.
Fansites will be welcome to set up there are we'll have boards up for posters to go up on

Thanks for the info! Not sure exactly which other Fansite people are attending, but be sure to say hi if you see me there! Would love to chat with all of you.
See you soon!

Note that everything listed here isn't necessarily final. Things might not happen, things might change, etc. Apologies in advance if I've left anything out or misunderstood anything.
- Matt understands he hasn't given fansites as much attention lately (Both Clan Cup and RuneFest take up tons of time) and apologized. Expect another month or two before things start shaking up.
- Potentially looking at reducing the two fansite statuses (Recognized and Approved) into just one status. Listing out what benefits Jagex can provide, but responsibility comes down to fansites to ask for those benefits (e.g. RuneFest tickets as giveaways which no approved site took advantage of this year).
- 2016 is planned to have one main game update per month with any lesser updates focused around a common theme. There's a possibility of getting some of that information (whether it be info, teaser pics, something else) at the beginning of the month if not slightly before.
- Matt is aware of our desire for more/better APIs. It's not the highest of priorities, but it isn't super low either. I'll personally be making a list of what I want from improved APIs in the next few weeks, posting it on these forums for you all to comment on beforehand, and then we can officially sign it off to Matt to pass onto the web team. While it's not a guarantee we'll get what we ask for, it at least shows them what we want and what level of detail we're after.
- There are a number of outstanding issues with foreign language fansites. This includes incorrect data in the foreign language bestiary, a lack of the same kind of support as English fansites, and confusion on who is meant to handle what (community vs localization), among other issues. Matt was going to look into this and speak to the localization team to get everyone on the same page.
